HPLC/ UPLC based analytical techniques are indispensable in Biologics testing. Be it for characterization, or for routine testing, LC-based methods provide the necessary and highly sensitive tools. At EBPT we have a vast array of HPLCs (Agilent 1200 and 1260 series, Water’s Alliance) and UPLCs (Agilent 1290 series, Waters Acquity, Waters Acquity H-Class and Waters Acquity I – class) including bio-inert systems. Equipped with various combination of detectors like UV/PDA/DAD.VWD, FLD, CAD, ELSD, MS and RI, we can cater to all the testing requirements, be it for identity, purity or heterogeneity. The team at EBPT has consolidated the experience and learnings from several LC techniques over the years and have developed best practices of executing these tests to minimize failures and downtime.
