IMPORTANT: Please be advised that labile / short stability samples must be received in our red urgent bags no later than 2pm on Tuesday 17th December 2024 for tests referred to the Mayo Clinic and Rosalind Franklin University in the USA and 2pm on Wednesday 18th December 2024 for tests referred to our referral laboratories in Europe. For the period between Christmas & New Year, no samples for the USA will be accepted, for Europe they must be delivered by 2pm on 30th December 2024.
ORDERS: Please note that consumable/product orders must be received no later than 5pm on Monday 16th of December 2024. Orders placed after this date may not be processed until normal service resumes on Thursday 2nd of January 2025. Please ensure that you have sufficient supplies to cover you for this period.
