Eurofins Complaints Policy

Eurofins Biomnis / Eurofins Pathology / Eurofins Clinical Genetics / Eurofins Lablink is committed to providing a high quality laboratory service and it is our policy to continually monitor and improve the level of service afforded to our users. We encourage feedback and suggestions from our users both positive and negative.

If a user encounters problems with the services provided or have suggestions for improvement, please contact your account manager or our client Services department clientservices@ctie.eurofins.eu.com

A complaint may be submitted in writing, with sufficient detail and information to enable the complaint to be substantiated on receipt. Complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days of receipt. Complaints are treated as confidential and will be investigated by the departments involved. Complaints form part of our Quality Management System and are thoroughly investigated for the root cause. Once the root cause has been identified, the appropriate corrective actions will be implemented.

Follow up actions to resolve the complaint will be completed within 30 days (this is dependent on the complexity and extent of the complaint).
