Electronic ordering made easier
Eurofins Biomnis has a large team of IT specialists which allows us to build proprietary systems in-house and adapt them to suit the evolving needs of clients.
Orcis, our electronic test ordering system is now in use by over 500 doctors and nurses and has been used to order 1.2m tests since January 1st. It has led to a reduction in data entry errors and faster TAT’s. We customise the front end for each client to facilitate quick access to popular profiles and tests.
This process improvement tool will be rolled out to all clients this year and is a priority project for our Commercial Director, Dr Marie-Louise Flannery who added;
